Our refund and cancellation policies

Refund Policy

Tree Lovers Society is a non-profit community organization. Refund policies apply only if fees are charged for events, registrations, or competitions.

1. Registration & Event Fees

All fees paid for event registrations or participation are generally non-refundable.

2. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by Tree Lovers Society, participants may be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • Participation in a rescheduled event, or
  • Credit for a future event

3. Event Postponement

In case of postponement, refunds may not be provided. Participants may attend on the revised date.

4. No-Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for non-attendance due to personal reasons.
